Gallatin
Gallatin is home to a number of parks to serve a variety of different outdoor experiences for you.
Wanting to go for a walk? Check out our Town Creek Greenway which is sure to fit the bill.
Or, if you prefer wheels to walking, visit Lock 4 and try out our mountain biking trails which vary from beginner to expert in difficulty.

Goodlettsville
Whether the kids are asking you to take them to the Peay Park splash pad, or you’ve got an event booked at Pleasant Green, you can find what you’re looking for out of trails and outdoor activities in Goodlettsville. Parks like Pleasant Green and Moss-Wright hold space for any outdoor activity you’d need a place for, while also including walking trails. If you’re looking for playgrounds, Peay Park and Gateway Park have got you covered.
Hendersonville
The city by the lake is home to plenty of trails and parks. Take the dog to Memorial Dog Park for some fetch, go biking on the Warrior bike trail, or go for a walk down the beautiful Hendersonville Greenway.
Sports facilities including dedicated soccer, rugby, and baseball fields, tennis courts, and more are there just for you at parks like Volunteer Park and Veterans Park.

Millersville
If you’re looking for a quieter time out, Millersville has got you covered. Dinosaur Park is the perfect place to take the kids, where they can swing on monkey bars and discuss the finer points of life with Mille the dinosaur. While they’re doing that, you can make use of the walking trail surrounding the park, allowing for exercise while still keeping an eye on the kids.

Portland
Home to two very different parks to suit your needs.
Richland Park is for sports and active outdoor activities, including disc golf, soccer fields, football fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, and the Wanda Collins Amphitheater.
Meadowbrook Park is where you can find the dog park, walking trail, skate parks, sanded volleyball courts, and more.
Both parks feature picnic shelters and playgrounds for the kids!


Westmoreland
Westmoreland is home to 2 different parks for you to enjoy.
The Dr. Thomas F. Carter Midtown Park contains a tennis and basketball court, playground, and covered pavilions for parties and shelter.
The Mayor Ricky Woodard Community Park contains a wide open grassy area for activities and a pavilion, fully equipped with electricity and lighting for events.

White House is home to a beautiful city greenway that spans across the northern part of the city, starting at the White House Municipal Park.
